Website Build Timeline

Everything is scheduled in whole weeks. Every task lands inside one week, so the Monday status note always has a clean "last week / this week" to report. This is the ideal-scenario plan — five phases, each with its own sub-phases and approval gates.

Reading the schedule

Weeks are the unit

No task crosses a week boundary. If something takes two weeks it appears as two weekly items, so the Monday note always reports a finished thing.

Gates are the schedule

Client review weeks are real weeks on the plan. A gate that runs long pushes launch one-for-one — the work behind it cannot start early.

Direction lock is the expensive one

Design happens in the build, so changing direction after the lock means rebuilding rather than redrawing. On Extra Large it locks every release at once.

Extra Large is not additive

Discovery, direction and the catalog are paid for once, then every release inherits them. Two Mediums as one programme beats two Medium projects.
